TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cancellation policy

By paying the fees or booking an appointment/group class using a credit from a multi-session pack, you are agreeing to this the following terms and conditions.

If you cancel your appointment:

More than 7 days in advance:

We will refund your fees or reschedule your appointment. We do ask however that you only book appointments at times you are confident you can stick to.

Within 7 days:

If you cancel your appointment within 7 days, you will not receive a refund and your session will be forfeited. Where your appointment is one of a multi-session pack, you will forfeit that session. The only exception to this is where we are able to replace your appointment time-slot with another customer in the same town.

Discretionary Exceptions
While our cancellation policy is designed to protect both our time and our clients' commitments, we understand that unique situations may arise. Therefore, we do reserve the right to waive the non-refundable policy at our discretion.

This means that in certain extreme circumstances, where we are able to re-fill your spot we may choose to allow a rescheduling or refund despite the cancellation occurring within 7 days.
