Natalie from Crazy Kind Calm
Certified ProDog Trainer ✓

Hi, I'm Nat

I am the head trainer at Crazy Kind Calm – when you book with us, you will see me. As well as owning animals my whole life – including owning 6 dogs so far – I am a certified ProDog Trainer with Absolute Dogs, Aggression in Dogs Masterclass with a Certificate III in Dog Training and Behaviour.

I currently have a 9 year old Golden Retriever called Luna who is cheeky and lovely.

I aim to teach you how to help your dog succeed in a human world that can be confusing, scary or overwhelming for them. I focus on teaching you how to understand your dog and reward the behaviours you like, while managing the ones you don't – so that you create an environment in which your dog can not just survive, but thrive!

I work firmly on the side of positive reinforcement training methods. I will not use force, fear, intimidation or harsh techniques in the name of 'training' as they are just not needed and can be detrimental to the physical and mental health of your dog.

My Approach

Games-Based Training

Training should be fun for both you and your dog. We use games that naturally teach the behaviours you want, while building your bond.

In Your Home

I come to you, where your dog is most comfortable and where the real challenges happen. No sterile training facility – we work on real-life situations.

Kind & Calm

No intimidation, no punishment, no prong collars. Just patient, positive methods that build trust and confidence in your dog.

Practical Skills

I teach you the skills to continue training after our sessions end. You'll understand why techniques work, not just how to do them.

I'd love to hear about your dog.
