We called Natalie when we were at the end of our tethers, after two months with Daisy, and after the first session we felt both empowered and reassured. Natalie's extensive notes after our session were also very helpful, to refer to as we were working through the recommendations. Willow loves it when Natalie walks in the door and we always leave with small steps to work on between sessions to improve her behaviour in increments (including jumping, barking and bailing up the cat).
