"Nat knows her stuff and explains it in clear and really easily adoptable instructions. She has helped immensely with our pup who has a bit of anxiety around socialisation so that now we can walk calmly and it's great to have her at the end of emails to answer anything that comes up. "We've seen Nat twice now for our pup for a one-on-one training sessions. We have initially done puppy school elsewhere and these one-on-one sessions with Natalie helped with new challenges (new bub) and refine the skills that we have learnt previously. We also appreciate the very detailed appointment notes sent to us via email after sessions - this helps us keep up with training and refer back to some tips and techniques down the track.
