Natalie has helped us to better understand the behaviours and motivations of our pups, and how to navigate and manage situations that cause angst for both pups and humans alike. "We've seen Nat twice now for our pup for a one-on-one training sessions. We have initially done puppy school elsewhere and these one-on-one sessions with Natalie helped with new challenges (new bub) and refine the skills that we have learnt previously. We also appreciate the very detailed appointment notes sent to us via email after sessions - this helps us keep up with training and refer back to some tips and techniques down the track. "Natalie has helped us with our rescue puppy Daisy, who was extremely anxious and scared of people and dogs, and acting out in other ways. We called Natalie when we were at the end of our tethers, after two months with Daisy, and after the first session we felt both empowered and reassured.
