"Nat was excellent. I felt she understood my puppy and me immediately. She is clearly very knowledgeable and left me with a very different approach to helping my anxious boy. She was kind towards both my puppy and me and I was confident she understood and cared about dogs - I have had different experiences with other trainers. "We have been using Crazy Kind Calm training for just under two months now and the difference in our 6yo Airedale Teddy has been absolutely amazing. We were having all sorts of problems with Teddy being overly excitable with people and aggressive towards other dogs when out for a walk. Natalie has taught us a whole range of techniques to help manage Teddy's behaviours and reduce her stress levels.
