We have initially done puppy school elsewhere and these one-on-one sessions with Natalie helped with new challenges (new bub) and refine the skills that we have learnt previously. We also appreciate the very detailed appointment notes sent to us via email after sessions - this helps us keep up with training and refer back to some tips and techniques down the track.
